Dorbar Raid definition
Dorbar Raid means a Durbar of the Raid consisting of the Syiem Raid, Lyngdoh Raid, Basan, Sordar Raid, Longsan (representatives elected by the clans) and the representative of each village under the Raid as the case may be or the respective clan(s) who has customary rights to administer the Raid Land.
