Dominant Impression Test definition
Dominant Impression Test means the common law "Dominant Impression Test" that must be applied to determine whether a worker is an independent contractor or an employee, as set out in the South African Revenue Service Interpretation Note No. 17 (Issue 2), issued on 9 January 2008.
