Domiciliary state means the state in which an insurer is incorporated or organized, or, in the case of an alien insurer, its state of entry.
Fiscal Agent ABN AMRO Bank N.V., a Netherlands banking corporation in its capacity as fiscal agent of the Trustee, or its successor in interest, or any successor fiscal agent appointed as herein provided.
Canadian Securities Regulators means the applicable securities commission or securities regulatory authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

Italian Civil Code means the Italian civil code, enacted by Royal Decree No. 262 of 16 March 1942.
customs legislation means any legal or regulatory provisions applicable in the territories of the Parties, governing the import, export and transit of goods and their placing under any other customs regime or procedure, including measures of prohibition, restriction and control;
Swiss Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated, or for tax purposes resident, in Switzerland.
customs duty means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind, imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:
Belgium means the Kingdom of Belgium; used in a geographical sense, it means the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium, including the territorial sea and any other area in the sea and in the air within which the Kingdom of Belgium, in accordance with international law, exercises sovereign rights or its jurisdiction;
customs territory of the Union means the territory as defined in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code (2) and in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 (3);
customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;
Indian custodian means any Indian person who has legal custody of an Indian child under tribal law or custom or under State law or to whom temporary physical care, custody, and control has been transferred by the parent of such child;
Depository Institution Any depository institution or trust company, including the Trustee, that (a) is incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or any State thereof, (b) is subject to supervision and examination by federal or state banking authorities and (c) has outstanding unsecured commercial paper or other short-term unsecured debt obligations that are rated P-1 by Moody's, F1+ by Fitch and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.
Dutch Civil Code means the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.
Treaty State means a jurisdiction having a double taxation agreement (a “Treaty”) with the United Kingdom which makes provision for full exemption from tax imposed by the United Kingdom on interest.
Domicile means the true, fixed and permanent home of the taxpayer to which, whenever absent, the taxpayer intends to return.
operation in breach of customs legislation means any violation or attempted violation of customs legislation.
Resident means a person who has maintained his permanent home in the above defined geographical area for a period of not less than one year or who, having had a permanent home in this area, has temporarily left with the intention of returning to this area as his permanent home.
Tax Legislation means all statutes, statutory instruments, orders, enactments, laws, by-laws, directives and regulations, whether domestic or foreign decrees, providing for or imposing any Tax.
France means the European and overseas departments of the French Republic including the territorial sea, and any area outside the territorial sea within which, in accordance with international law, the French Republic has sovereign rights for the purpose of exploring and exploiting the natural resources of the seabed and its subsoil and the superjacent waters;
GST Legislation means A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000 (Cth) and any related tax imposition act (whether imposing tax as a duty of customs excise or otherwise) and includes any legislation which is enacted to validate recapture or recoup the tax imposed by any of such acts.
commission agent means any person who acts on behalf of another person and causes sale or purchase of goods, or provision or receipt of services, for a consideration, and includes any person who, while acting on behalf of another person —
Customs Duties means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:
Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;
