domiciled resident definition
domiciled resident means a person living within 65 road miles of a public construction project, or in the case of a highway project, the mid-point of the project, for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the award of the public construction project;
domiciled resident means any individual whose legal domicile is within the Township of Riverside. Verification of domicile shall be based shall be based on voter registration, a State of New Jersey Driver's license, proof of filing a State of New Jersey income tax return from a Township of Riverside address or other proofs accepted under federal guidelines.
