Title to Australian Domestic Notes held in the Austraclear System will be determined in accordance with the Austraclear Regulations.The transferor of an Australian Domestic Note remains the Noteholder of that Australian Domestic Note until the name of the transferee is entered in the Australian Register in respect of that Australian Domestic Note.
