Domestic Note definition

Domestic Note means a promissory note made by the Domestic Borrowers in favor of a Domestic Lender evidencing Domestic Loans made by such Domestic Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2.
Domestic Note means a Tranche A Note or an Incremental Note.

Examples of Domestic Note in a sentence

  • Cancellation of an Australian Domestic Note will be taken to have occurred upon redemption of the Note or an entry being made in the Register that the Note has been redeemed or cancelled or transferred to the Issuer.

  • The transferor of an Australian Domestic Note remains the Noteholder of that Australian Domestic Note until the name of the transferee is entered in the Register in respect of that Australian Domestic Note.

  • Transfers will not be registered later than eight days prior to the Maturity Date of an Australian Domestic Note.

  • A person becoming entitled to an Australian Domestic Note as a consequence of the death or bankruptcy of a Noteholder or of a vesting order or a person administering the estate of a Noteholder may, upon producing such evidence as to that entitlement or status as the Registrar considers sufficient, transfer the Australian Domestic Note or, if so entitled, become registered as the holder of the Australian Domestic Note.

  • Upon the request of any Domestic Bank to Ryder made through the Administrative Agent, Ryder shall execute and deliver to such Bank (through the Administrative Agent) a Domestic Note, which shall evidence such Bank’s Domestic Loans (other than Domestic Swing Line Loans) to Ryder in addition to such accounts or records referred to in §2.5(f).

  • The Company shall deliver to the Collateral Agent endorsements (x) to all “All Risk” physical damage insurance policies on all of the Domestic Note Parties’ tangible personal property and assets and business interruption insurance policies naming the Collateral Agent as lender loss payee, and (y) to all general liability and other liability policies naming the Collateral Agent an additional insured.
