Domcos means GUANGDONG YIHAO PHARMACY CO., LTD. (广 东 壹 号 药 业 有 限 公 司), GUANGDONG YIHAO PHARMACEUTICAL CHAIN CO., LTD. (广 东 壹 号 大 药 房 连 锁 有 限 公 司), and SHANGHAI YAOWANG E-COMMERCE CO., LTD. (上海耀网电 子 商 务 有 限 公 司), each a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the PRC together with any other entity formed or acquired which is at any time a Subsidiary or holding company of, or is under common control with, any of the companies listed above in this definition; each a “Domco”.
