Generation Owner means a Member that owns, leases with rights equivalent to ownership, or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generation resources located in the PJM Region. The foregoing notwithstanding, for a planned generation resource to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner, such resource shall have cleared an RPM auction, and for Energy Resources, the resource shall have a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Information owner means the individual appointed in accordance with division (A) of section 1347.05 of the Revised Code to be directly responsible for a system.

Non-owned auto means an auto that is not owned by or furnished or available for the regular use of you, a relative, or a rated resident while in the custody of or being operated by you, a relative, or a rated resident with the permission of the owner of the auto or the person in lawful possession of the auto.
Stopover means a scheduled stop on your journey, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination.
Change of Ownership means a change in the individual or legal organization that is responsible for the operation of a nursing facility. Change of ownership does not include changes in personnel, e.g., a change of administrators. Events that change ownership include, but are not limited to, the following:
IRA Owner – Means the individual whose name appears on the Adoption Agreement, who is establishing the IRA.
USFWS means the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
Co-owner means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest and a Co-Owner of a Series means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest of the Series.
Veteran-owned business means a business that is at least 51% owned by a veteran or veterans who are U.S. citizens and who control and operate the business
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Residential waste means any refuse generated on the premises as a result of residential activities. The term includes landscape waste grown on the premises or deposited thereon by the elements, but excludes garbage, tires, trade wastes and any locally recyclable goods or plastics.
Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
New Owner means, collectively, the HDFC and the Company.
Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.
Victim of domestic violence means a person protected under this act and shall include any person who is 18 years of age or older or who is an emancipated minor and who has been subjected to domestic violence by a spouse, former spouse, or any other person who is a present or former household member. "Victim of domestic violence" also includes any person, regardless of age, who has been subjected to domestic violence by a person with whom the victim has a child in common, or with whom the victim anticipates having a child in common, if one of the parties is pregnant. "Victim of domestic violence" also includes any person who has been subjected to domestic violence by a person with whom the victim has had a dating relationship.
Victim means a person that domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking has been committed against as defined in this Article.
