Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.06(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.
Euro-Dollar Reference Banks means the principal London offices of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, Mellon Bank, N.A., and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and "Euro-Dollar Reference Bank" means any one of the foregoing.
Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period:
Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:
Euro-Dollar Business Day means any Domestic Business Day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in dollar deposits) in London.
