Dollar for Dollar Basis definition

Dollar for Dollar Basis means that for each dollar paid to one Party, a dollar shall be paid to the other Party. For example, if $2.00 is received, each Party will receive $1.00.

  • Euro-Dollar Business Day means any Domestic Business Day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in dollar deposits) in London.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.06(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Euro-Dollar Reference Banks means the principal London offices of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, Mellon Bank, N.A., and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and "Euro-Dollar Reference Bank" means any one of the foregoing.
