Doing Work on Organization's Premises: The Associate may work out of his or her own office or at the organization that the Associate has contracted with for the rendering of professional services. An Associate may rent/lease office space, at fair market value, from the organization. Order Or Sequence Set By Organization: No order or sequence is set by this organization for professional services. Oral Or Written Reports: The Associate will submit monthly records for reimbursement of fees, and submit to periodic audits of chart/client progress notes (mental health records - such records are kept pursuant to legal requirements,) that will stand up in court proceedings as the RHEMA organization is required to adhere to long-standing industry practice mandates. Payment By Hour, Week, Or Month: The Associate should ▇▇▇▇ the RHEMA organization for services rendered by submitting a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly invoice using the RHEMA Monthly Report Template Form. Payment Of Business Or Travel Expenses: Independent contractors are generally not reimbursed for business or travel expenses. Furnishing Of Tools & Materials: The Associate may use forms and other materials provided at the RHEMA headquarter office as the use of such materials is part of a long-standing industry practice and is reasonable for the Associate. Associates working out of their own offices will undoubtedly be using his or her own materials and RHEMA standard forms.
