Dog Show definition

Dog Show means any event for the purpose of showing or exhibiting Dogs which is sanctioned or recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club or the Town.

  • Road Show means a “road show” (as defined in Rule 433 under the Securities Act) relating to the offering of the Shares contemplated hereby that is a “written communication” (as defined in Rule 405 under the Securities Act). All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, any Preliminary Prospectus, the Base Prospectus and the Prospectus shall include the documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.
