DOFO. (Direct Order From OEM) means customer was referred by the OEM (Partner) and billing was done on the OEM. In this case subscription fees less margin and charged by Mithi to OEM as specified in Schedule 1

Examples of DOFO in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Section 15.4(a) will require the DOFO Member to enter into any First Offer Transaction under any circumstances.

  • The DOFO Member may elect to accept some or all of the First Offer Proposals.
