DocuSign Service definition

DocuSign Service means a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering, hosted and managed by DocuSign, which for the purposes of this document is the sole technology governing interactions between RPs (Relying Parties), SUBs (Subscribers), and CAs (Certificate Authorities).

  • Neither Party shall refer to the identity of the other Party in promotional material, publications, or press releases or other forms of publicity relating to the DocuSign Service unless the prior written consent of the other Party has been obtained, provided, however, that DocuSign may use Customer’s name and logo for the limited purpose of identifying Customer as a customer of the DocuSign Service.

  • You warrant that: (1) all information material to the issuance of your Certificate that you validate via your interactions with the DocuSign Service and the DocuSign CA is accurate You agree to maintain exclusive access control to the inbox associated with the address from which the application is made and from which the proof-of-possession response email is issued.

  • Customer’s continued use of any DocuSign Service following the posting of a revised Agreement will constitute Customer’s agreement to be bound by the revised Agreement.

  • You warrant that: (1) all information material to the issuance of your Certificate that you validate via your interactions with the DocuSign Service and the DocuSign CA is accurate.

Related to DocuSign Service

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
