K2 shall inform Client of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of a Subprocessor, thereby giving Client the opportunity to object to such changes, provided Client may only object to such changes involving Subprocessors if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Subprocessor will be unable to comply with the Documented Instructions.
County hereby appoints Contractor to Process County Data on County’s behalf and grants Contractor a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to Process County Data in accordance with the Documented Instructions.
Contractor shall, promptly and without delay, notify County if, Contractor is not in compliance with, or cannot comply with, the Agreement (including this DPA) or in Contractor’s reasonable judgment, the Documented Instructions infringe upon any applicable Data Protection Law.
