Documented Instructions has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 3.2.

Documented Instructions means the Processing terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement (including this DPA) and any applicable statement of work or similar work order issued thereunder.

More Definitions of Documented Instructions

Documented Instructions has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3 of this DPA; “EEA” means the European Economic Area;

Documented Instructions means Customer’s written instructions specified in the Agreement and these Data Processing Terms (including with respect to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or to an International Organisation), it being understood that “written instructions” includes all requirements and obligations set forth in the Agreement on the part of LASSO and as necessary to provide the Application and Services in accordance with its documentation, supplemented or replaced from time to time by individual written instructions made from time to time by an authorized representative of Customer.

Documented Instructions means this DPA and the Agreement, as same may be amended by the parties in writing, and Client’s use of any features and functionality in the Services.

Documented Instructions means Client's written instructions specified in the Agreement and these Data Processing Terms (including with respect to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or to an International Organization), it being understood that “written instructions” includes all requirements and obligations set forth in the Agreement on the part of Company and as necessary to provide the Application and Services in accordance with its documentation, supplemented or replaced from time to time by individual written instructions made from time to time by an authorized representative of Client.

Documented Instructions means the instructions set out in Appendix A or in any subsequent written communication from the Data Controller’s contact person.

Documented Instructions refers to these Terms of Service and the Agreement referring to, but also including the provision of instructions via configuration tools such as the API, Customer Portal, 1NCE OS IoT device endpoints and the 1NCE OS Cloud Connector made available by 1NCE for 1NCE OS, constitute Your documented instructions regarding 1NCE’s processing of Data.

Documented Instructions means the Processing details set out in the relevant SOW detailing the subject-matter, duration of Processing, the nature and purpose of such Processing, the type of Personal Data and the related categories of Data Subjects, the terms of this DPA and the Agreement (including the relevant SOW) which make up the complete set of instructions to Walr in relation to the Processing of Personal Data.
