Documented Instructions definition

Documented Instructions has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 4.2. “DPA” has the meaning ascribed to it above.
Documented Instructions has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 3.2.
Documented Instructions means Customer’s written instructions specified in the Agreement and these Data Processing Terms (including with respect to transfers of Personal Data to a Third Country or to an International Organisation), it being understood that “written instructions” includes all requirements and obligations set forth in the Agreement on the part of LASSO and as necessary to provide the Application and Services in accordance with its documentation, supplemented or replaced from time to time by individual written instructions made from time to time by an authorized representative of Customer.

Examples of Documented Instructions in a sentence

  • Additional instructions outside the scope of the Documented Instructions (if any) require prior written agreement between AWS and Customer, including agreement on any additional fees payable by Customer to AWS for carrying out such instructions.

  • AWS will process Customer Data only in accordance with Documented Instructions.

  • If AWS forms such an opinion, it will immediately inform Customer, in which case, Customer is entitled to withdraw or modify its Documented Instructions.

  • AWS will process Customer Data only in accordance with Documented Instructions (which if Customer is acting as a processor, could be based on the instructions of its controllers).

  • The subject matter, nature and duration of the Processing and the transfer of the Customer Personal Data are set out in the Agreement and this DPA, and depend on the nature and scope of the Offerings, manner of receipt, collection, storage, use, dissemination (towards Subprocessors in line with the Agreement and this DPA), retention and erasure of Customer Personal Data, and Customer’s Documented Instructions.

  • Purpose for which the Personal Data is Processed / transferred on behalf of the Customer The purposes of the Processing and transfer of the Customer Personal Data is to enable CrowdStrike and CrowdStrike’s Subprocessor to provision and deliver the Offerings and perform its obligations as set forth in the Agreement, this DPA, and Customer’s Documented Instructions or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in mutually executed written form.


More Definitions of Documented Instructions

Documented Instructions has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3 of this DPA; “EEA” means the European Economic Area;
Documented Instructions means the Processing terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement (including this DPA) and any applicable statement of work or similar work order issued thereunder.

Documented Instructions means, with respect to Processor Services, the documented instructions of Customer, which Customer acknowledges are limited to those instructions that are documented in the Agreement and this Addendum as described herein.
Documented Instructions means the Processing details set out in the relevant SOW detailing the subject-matter, duration of Processing, the nature and purpose of such Processing, the type of Personal Data and the related categories of Data Subjects, the terms of this DPA and the Agreement (including the relevant SOW) which make up the complete set of instructions to Walr in relation to the Processing of Personal Data.

Related to Documented Instructions

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Proper Instruction means a writing signed or initialed by one or more person or persons as the Board shall have from time to time authorized. Each such writing shall set forth the specific transaction or type of transaction involved. Oral instructions will be deemed to be Proper Instructions if (a) FAS reasonably believes them to have been given by a person previously authorized in Proper Instructions to give such instructions with respect to the transaction involved, and (b) the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS promptly cause such oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. Proper Instructions may include communications effected directly between electro-mechanical or electronic devices provided that the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS are satisfied that such procedures afford adequate safeguards for the Fund's assets. Proper Instructions may only be amended in writing.

  • Specially designed instruction means adapting, as appropriate to the needs of an eligible child under this chapter, the content, methodology, or delivery of instruction:

  • Special Instructions as used herein, shall mean Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer of a Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be included on the same instrument containing the Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Administrative Instructions means the Administrative Instructions under the Treaty;
