'Documentation' or 'Specifications definition

'Documentation' or 'Specifications means any documentation (Refer to the Exhibit) relating to the 'Licensed Technology' and supplied to Licensee by CONEXANT for use only at an 'Authorized Site'. Subject to 7.6, all Documentation is considered confidential.

  • The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the Site will adhere to Seller’s site requirements found in the Documentation or Specifications.

  • Any terms defined herein shall also be defined terms in any addenda, Documentation or Specifications attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

  • Liferay represents and warrants to Customer that: (1) the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by qualified personnel; (2) during the applicable Services term, the Services will materially comply with the Documentation or Specifications, if applicable; and (3) to Liferay’s knowledge, the Services do not, at the time of delivery to Customer, include malicious code with the purpose of adversely affecting the operation, security or integrity of a system.

  • ComEd shall inspect the Equipment *** Business Days following receipt (“Inspection Period”) to ascertain correct quantities and identify visible damage or deviation from the Purchase Order or the Documentation or Specifications for such Equipment.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Indemnified Claims do not include claims related to injuries to the extent caused by the Licensed Software’s failure to perform as represented by Distributor or a Sub-Distributor but not by the Documentation or Specifications.
