Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay
Security Documentation means all documents and information made available by Google under Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation).

Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.
Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.
Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order. “Transaction Taxes” mean VAT, GST, sales, consumption, use or other similar taxes, customs duties, excise taxes, and regulatory and other fees or surcharges relating to the provision of a Service. “UK GDPR” means the GDPR as applicable as part of UK domestic law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), as amended or replaced. “User” means any person who is permitted by the Customer to use or access a Service.
ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of a Ship:
Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

Financing Costs means for each calendar day the product of:
