Documentary Treatment or Script definition

Documentary Treatment or Script means written material contracted under this Agreement and submitted in a mutually-agreed form which sets out the various elements in the Documentary including but not limited to the subject, the story, the narration line, interviews, location shooting, re-enactment (including dialogue) archival material. If a Documentary Treatment or Shooting Script is not requested prior to shooting, it may be written following shooting. A222 Draft Script means a complete draft of any Script in a mutually agreed form of a length to be specified by the Producer. A223 means an extract or clip containing a recognizable from a previously produced program. A224 Feature Film means a film of sixty (60) minutes or more in length intended initially for theatrical distribution. A225

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • Overseas treatment means treatments or appliances provided or sourced from outside of Australia. This includes treatment on cruise ships inside or outside Australian waters.

  • BaSAG means the Austrian Recovery and Resolution Act (Sanierungs- und Abwicklungsgesetz), as amended or replaced from time to time and any references in these Conditions to relevant provisions of the BaSAG include references to any applicable provisions of law amending or replacing such provisions from time to time.

  • CP1 means the applicable Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such issue of Additional Shares of Common Stock;

  • ECFMG means the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, an organization that assesses the readiness of international medical school graduates to enter ACGME-approved residency programs in the United States of America.
