Documentary Letters of Credit definition

Documentary Letters of Credit means all Letters of Credit issued in connection with this Agreement to pay the purchase price for Inventory purchased by Borrower.
Documentary Letters of Credit means the documentary letters of credit issued by the Issuing Bank for the account of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Documentary Letters of Credit means Letters of Credit in support of trade obligations of the Companies incurred in the ordinary course of business.
