Document Package definition

Document Package. With respect to any Property, the following documents:
Document Package has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b)(iii) .
Document Package has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.5(b).

Examples of Document Package in a sentence

  • Such information could include any and all items included in a Loan Document Package and all information included in a listing for an Eligible Loan (the “Borrower Data”).

More Definitions of Document Package

Document Package means (a) with respect to TM2500s in inventory as of the date hereof, the engine test certificate, technical bulletin (including service bulletin) status and any plans to remediate the items noted therein, preservation records and assembly factory acceptance test (FAT) report, and (b) with respect to TM2500s not yet manufactured as of the date hereof, the engine test certificate, lube oil system and any auxiliary test certificates, CO2 system test certificate, confirmation of technical bulletin status, and assembly factory acceptance test (FAT) report.
Document Package means the documents listed in section 1 on the Bidder’s Check Sheet.
Document Package means, with respect to any Property, the following documents: (i) a vesting deed, which vesting deed shall be included in the Document Package or otherwise recorded in the appropriate local recorder’s office and (ii) for occupied or leased properties, a Lease.
Document Package means each package of drawings and other documents identified in Exhibit F attached hereto.
Document Package has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.05(b).

Related to Document Package

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments.   • Document or “Documentation” means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;
