Document or record. ’ means any test score, grade, record of grades, attendance record, record indicating student course completion or employment, financial information, including any financial report required to be filed pursuant to Sections 94861 and 94862, information or records relating to the student’s eligibility for financial assistance or attendance at the institution, or any other record or document required by this chapter or by the council.
Document or record means any document required to be maintained by this chapter.
