Document L definition

Document L means a certified true copy of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and a copy of the Operations Specifications relevant to the aircraft type issued in conjunction with the certificate.

  • Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.

  • Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

  • Cooperative Loan Documents As to any Cooperative Loan, (i) the Cooperative Shares, together with a stock power in blank; (ii) the original executed Security Agreement and the assignment of the Security Agreement endorsed in blank; (iii) the original executed Proprietary Lease and the assignment of the Proprietary Lease endorsed in blank; (iv) the original executed Recognition Agreement and the assignment of the Recognition Agreement (or a blanket assignment of all Recognition Agreements) endorsed in blank; (v) the executed UCC-1 financing statement with evidence of recording thereon, which has been filed in all places required to perfect the security interest in the Cooperative Shares and the Proprietary Lease; and (vi) executed UCC-3 financing statements (or copies thereof) or other appropriate UCC financing statements required by state law, evidencing a complete and unbroken line from the mortgagee to the Trustee with evidence of recording thereon (or in a form suitable for recordation).
