DOCP means Design, Operations and Closure Plan; “Manager, Solid Waste Services” means a staff member of the Regional District, retained to manage the operations of the Solid Waste Services Division; “Must”, or “mandatory” means a requirement that must be met in order for a proposal to receive consideration; “Proponent” means a person or entity (excluding its parent, subsidiaries or other affiliates) with the legal capacity to contract, that submits a proposal in response to the RFP;

Examples of DOCP in a sentence

  • Buyer and DOCP shall cooperate in the preparation, execution and filing of all returns, questionnaires, applications, or other documents regarding any real property transfer or gains, sales, use, transfer, value added, stock transfer and stamp taxes, any transfer, recording, registration and other fees, and any similar taxes which become payable in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby that are required or permitted to be filed on or before the Effective Time.

  • Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, and in accordance with the New York Law, at the Effective Time Buyer shall be merged with and into DOCP.

  • DOCP has heretofore made available to Buyer a complete and correct copy of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws or equivalent organizational documents, each as amended to the date hereof, of DOCP and each DOCP Subsidiary.

  • No DOCP Subsidiary is required to file any form, report or other document with the SEC.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no representation or warranty is made by such person with respect to statements made or incorporated by reference therein based on information supplied by DOCP for inclusion or incorporation by reference in any of the foregoing documents.

  • At any time after the date of this Agreement, there shall not have occurred any DOCP Material Adverse Effect.

  • Neither Buyer, CSX, NSC, the Management Investor, the Surviving Corporation nor DOCP shall be liable to any holder of DOCP Shares for any Exchange Fund cash delivered to a public official pursuant to any applicable abandoned property, escheat or similar law.

  • At the Effective Time, the stock transfer books of DOCP shall be closed and there shall be no further registration of transfers of DOCP Shares on the records of DOCP.
