Docked definition

Docked or “docking” means the anchoring, tethering, or mooring of a watercraft directly to a pier, structure, platform, pole, anchor or dock; and also means the placement of a watercraft in an off-shore boat cradle or shore station, or the regular or overnight beaching of a watercraft or anchoring or tethering to the bottomlands of a lake.
Docked means and refers to those periods during which a classified employee misses work during a regularly assigned work period and cannot be, or is not authorized to be paid leave for the time missed.
Docked or “docking” shall mean: (i) securing a motorboat directly to a dock, (ii) placement of a motorboat in a marine storage device; or, (iii) regular or overnight mooring or storage of a motorboat adjacent to a separate frontage or on shore on a separate frontage on a lake.

  • Docked vessels may not be rafted together so as to align two (2) or more vessels abeam of one another.

  • Docked days may not be used in conjunction with personal days to circumvent board policy.

  • If the crew is still at the garage, the employee will be docked for lost time in increments as follows: Period Late Time Docked 16 - 30 minutes ½ hour 30 - 60 minutes 1 hour In the event the crew has left for the job site and the employee must be transported by a Supervisor to the site, the employee’s time for pay purposes will be started when he or she reaches the job site.

  • Conversely, if SHIP REPRESENTATIVE desires to use one of the reserved evenings held by the PORT ORGANIZER for a Docked Private Reception, SHIP REPRESENTATIVE may request and upon sole discretion of the PORT ORGANIZER, SHIP REPRESENTATIVE may present a Docked private reception.

  • Docked Private Functions shall be limited to allow access for invited guests onboard the vessel for not more than 4 hours duration.

  • The Docked Private Function(s) described herein shall be at no additional charge to PORT ORGANIZER.

  • For all Docked Private Functions, the SHIP’s crew will require one (1) hour between the time the last visitor departs the SHIP (when public tours have ceased) and the time caterers, private sponsors, PORT ORGANIZER’s staff, or invited guests board the SHIP for the Docked Private Function for preparation of the vessel.

  • Docked Small Vehicle Sharing Systems may be located only on docking stations or racks on campus pursuant to receiving approval from the Sustainable Transportation Advisory Committee (STAC).

  • If the crew is still at the garage or in other positions that do not require relief, the employee will be docked for lost time in increments as follows: Period Late Time Docked 16 - 30 minutes ½ hour 30 - 60 minutes 1 hour In the event the crew has left for the job site and the employee must be transported by a Supervisor to the site, the employee’s time for pay purposes will be started when he or she reaches the job site.

  • All other time off will be taken as Sick Leave, Personal Leave, and Vacation time or Docked time.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
