Dock Manager definition

Dock Manager means any manager duly appointed from time to time by the Supplier to be in charge of a department, division or operation at or on the Dock Estate and/or the dock master and shall include his deputies and assistants;

  • The Applicant shall implement a Loading Dock Management Plan which will include the designation of a Loading Dock Manager, whose contact information will be provided to the community when designated.

  • In such event Port shall restore the Landing promptly, efficiently, competently, and in a good and workmanlike manner by duly qualified and licensed persons or entities, using first grade materials, without unreasonable interference with or disruption to the operations of Dock Manager or other occupants of Port property; provided, that Port shall have no obligation to repair, reconstruct or restore Dock Manager’s Improvements or property.
