Dock Equipment definition

Dock Equipment. Equipment servicing the dock areas, including without limitation, dock levelers, trailer restraints, and overhead doors and associated tracks and hardware.
Dock Equipment. 2 – Dock bumpers will be provided at each dock door. Dock levelers and dock seals are available for an additional cost. If levelers are included in the Tenants lease, the standard dock leveler size provided will be 6’ wide X 8’ long with a 30,000 lb rating. Tenants can upgrade leveler capacity for an additional cost. IMPROVEMENTS PROVIDED AT LESSEE’S EXPENSE All improvements constructed to the Premises that are in addition to the tenant improvements listed in the Lease Addendum of this Exhibit shall be approved by Lessor and the cost thereof shall be paid by Lessee. DESIGN OF TENANT IMPROVEMENTS Lessee shall retain the services of Lessor’s architect for the purposes of office and warehouse layouts to prepare the necessary drawings including without limitation, Basic Plans and Final Plans (Lessee’s Plans) for construction of Lessee improvements. All Lessee’s Plans shall be subject to approval of Lessor.
Dock Equipment means the following loading dock equipment: dock levelers, elevating docks, edge of dock levelers, truck restraints, hydraulic lift tables and parts and accessories for all of the foregoing;

Examples of Dock Equipment in a sentence

  • The Preventative Maintenance Contract for the Dock Equipment must provide for at least 1 preventative maintenance service call per year and the Preventative Maintenance Contract for the HVAC Systems must provide for at least 2 preventative maintenance service calls per year.

  • An exercise by Landlord of its rights under this subsection (ii) will not be deemed to be in lieu of its other remedies for the associated default by Tenant, or to otherwise relieve Tenant of its obligations to keep the HVAC Systems and Dock Equipment in good condition and repair.

  • During the Term, Tenant will, at its expense, maintain in full force and effect a service contract for the maintenance of the HVAC Systems and the Dock Equipment; each with an entity reasonably acceptable to Landlord (the “Preventative Maintenance Contracts”); provided however, that for new equipment, the Preventative Maintenance Contract must be maintained with the contractor that installed it for at least 5 years after the date of installation or such longer period as may be required by Landlord.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Restoration Event, Lessee, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, shall cause the aforesaid 41 dock doors to be completed by installing the Dock Equipment, which obligation shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease.

  • Lessee shall install the Dock Equipment in accordance with the approved Lessor’s Plans, using comparable or better equipment, and in a good and workmanlike manner, obtain not less than a one year warranty with respect to workmanship and materials and complete the same within seventy five (75) days after the occurrence of a Restoration Event.

  • Dock Equipment: The existing building shell space includes four (4) existing overhead doors and two (2) existing dock pits.
