  • Sourcefire shall pay Patriot an annual fee, at cost, for Patriot’s use of the Do Not Ship List on Sourcefire’s behalf, provided, however, to the extent the Do Not Ship List is used by Patriot for the benefit of other customers, then such fee owed by Sourcefire to Patriot shall be pro-rated based on Sourcefire’s use in relation to all other customers’ use.

  • Patriot agrees that it will not charge Sourcefire a ▇▇▇▇-up on Patriot’s cost of the annual fee for the Do Not Ship List and Sourcefire will not pay for the full amount of the annual fee paid by Patriot if Patriot also uses the Do Not Ship List to provide services to other customers.
