If Subscriber is advised by any party that they do not wish to receive communications from Subscriber via the Service, Subscriber shall promptly add those parties to its internal company-specific Do Not Call List in their Services account, and thereafter refrain from calling such parties until such time as Subscriber’s policies require. Subscriber is solely responsible for obtaining the consent of or a release from those persons or entities, to whom or to which Subscriber intends to send communications using the Service. Subscriber agrees to periodically review the list of recipients to be contacted, to contact only those persons who the Subscriber is legally permitted to contact from Subscriber’s customer base and Content, and only in the manner permitted, under federal, state and local law. Do Not Call. Register: Unless you ask us not to contact you about our products or services and not to disclose your information to others for that purpose, by accessing our website and applying for a Demo or Live Account, you consent to us contacting you via telephone while you hold any product or receive any services from us.
