D&O Cap definition

D&O Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(c) (D&O Indemnification, Exculpation and Insurance);
D&O Cap has the meaning set forth in §6(f)(iii) above.

  • Error 1 during DO Zero calibration usually indicates that the DO Cap needs replacing.

  • Caution: The inside of the DO Cap is very sensitive to light and can be ruined (bleached) if it is exposed to bright light for any length of time.
