DNR Costs is defined in Section 4.2.2.
Examples of DNR Costs in a sentence
If the Parties reach agreement on the method and amount of payment or reimbursement of the Excess DNR Costs within fifteen (15) Business Days of PacifiCorp’s receipt of the DNR Costs Notice, then the Parties will amend this Agreement consistent with such agreement.
If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on the method and amount of payment or reimbursement of the Excess DNR Costs within fifteen (15) Business Days of PacifiCorp’s receipt of the DNR Costs Notice, then this Agreement will terminate in accordance with the Subsequent DNR Termination Notice.
