DNCP has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Once notified by MCA-Moçambique that an Accounting Note has been issued by the DNCP to the General Directorate of Customs, the Clearance Agent submits the Declaration to the General Directorate of Customs referring to the Accounting Note issued by the DNCP.

  • The DNCP will inform MCA-Moçambique of such issuance and the Clearance Agent will then submit the Declaration (completed by the importer) to the General Directorate of Customs with reference made to the Accounting Note.

  • It is further understood and agreed that, should Operator breach its obligations under this Agreement, DNCP has not waived its right to seek any and all damages, in equity or at law, against Operator for its breach.

  • In addition, within 6 months of the Effective Date, DNCP and Operator shall review Design Limits and may make such modifications as are necessary to reflect new operating experience, technical analysis, or equipment manufacturer recommendations, subject to approval of both Parties in their respective discretion.

  • Payment for the Net Electrical Output, Substitute Energy, and Dependable Capacity delivered to DNCP during the billing period shall be made on the third (3rd) Business Day of the second (2nd) Month after the Month that such Net Electrical Output and Dependable Capacity are delivered; provided that, if such third (3rd) Business Day is a holiday for DNCP, payment will be made on the next Business Day.

  • W▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or its designee, shall be the Substitute Energy seller, DNCP shall be the designated buyer, and the corresponding source and sink shall be the PJM-West Hub.
