DNA Sequence definition

DNA Sequence means any sequence of DNA intended to be inserted or copied into a DNA Target as set forth on Exhibit 4.2.
DNA Sequence and “Gene Target” (and correspondingly, “Guide RNA”), as used in this Paragraph 4, will not be limited to those sequences specified in Exhibit 3. I hereof, but will be redefined by such amendment based on the definitions herein.
DNA Sequence means, for the purpose of this Amendment Agreement only, any sequence of DNA [*****] as such DNA Sequence(s) and Gene Target(s) are specified in Exhibit 3.1 or are subsequently reserved in accordance with Paragraph 2.3 hereof.

Examples of DNA Sequence in a sentence

  • During Phase I and Phase II, Celera shall make all DNA Sequence Information available to Amgen not later than when Celera first makes such DNA Sequence Information, Annotation Information and External DNA Information available to a Third Party or available to Celera's internal gene discovery server.

  • Contemporaneous with the publication of a patent or patent application or a Regulatory Approval that discloses a nucleotide sequence within DNA Sequence Information, MMI shall provide Celera with a copy of such publication.

  • During Phase I Celera shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer all generated DNA Sequence Information from the Celera Discovery System to the Amgen Server promptly upon its being generated, but in no event less frequently than [***] after being generated.

  • DNA Sequence Information, Annotation Information and External DNA Sequence Information updates from the Celera Discovery System to the Amgen Server at Amgen's designated site will be conducted via an online, secure, network line, or via another secure mechanism selected by mutual agreement.

  • Incyte shall select specific DNA Sequence Information of interest for study and will provide to OncorMed Gene Product(s) corresponding to such DNA sequences, as available.

  • During Phase II, Celera shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer all generated DNA Sequence Information, Annotation Information and External DNA Information from the Celera Discovery System to the Amgen Server on a frequency of at least [***].

  • However, in the event Amgen analyzes DNA Sequence Information which contains a site on which Polymorphism Information resides, Amgen may conduct research and development on such DNA Sequence Information in accordance with Section 2.1, [***].

  • During Phase II, Celera shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer all generated DNA Sequence Information, Annotation Information and External DNA Sequence Information from the Celera Discovery System to the Customer Server on a frequency of at least [***].

  • The rights granted to BMI in this Subsection 3.1.1. with respect to the GTC DNA Sequence Patent Rights shall survive the termination or expiration of the Research Collaboration and continue for the entire term of this Agreement.
