DMX definition

DMX means all maytansinoid derivatives containing the maytansine chemical substructure set forth in described in US Patent Nos. 5,208,020 (May 4, 1993) and 7,276,497 (October 2, 2007) including, but not limited to, the following chemical compounds:

DMX and "DMX For Business". Affiliate shall use the Proprietary Marks only in the form and manner (including color and style of type) and with appropriate legends prescribed from time to time by DMX, and shall not use or authorize the use of any other trademark or service ▇▇▇▇ in combination with the Proprietary Marks without prior written approval of DMX. Affiliate may use its own trade name, trademark, service ▇▇▇▇ or logo in identifying itself as an authorized distributor of the Service, provided that Affiliate's trade name, trademark, service ▇▇▇▇ or logo shall not be commingled with or used in juxtaposition with the Proprietary Marks in such manner as to represent directly or indirectly that Affiliate is involved with the production or ownership of the Service. Affiliate shall not use, or cause the use of, the Proprietary Marks in any unlawful or deceptive manner or in any way that shall directly or indirectly tend to impair or lessen the value of the Proprietary Marks.

Examples of DMX in a sentence

  • DMX, DSS or other outside signals (provided by others) are not included in this scope of work unless previously agreed to on quotation.

  • The rights granted to the Company in this Section 8.3(b) may be exercised not more frequently than once a year and the period as to which such right is exercised will be limited to a period beginning not more than two years before the date such notice is given and ending as of the end of the most recent calendar month for which information regarding DMX Revenues is available.

  • If the Company fails to provide notice of disagreement with any calculation by TCI of Net DMX Revenues within the two-year period prescribed by Section 8.3(c), TCI's calculation will be final and conclusive as of the end of such period.

  • DMX shall keep accurate and complete records and accounts of all Incremental Costs.

  • In the event that DMX does not object to the use of the DMX Marks within such ten (10) day period, such use shall be deemed to be approved and the proposed Promotional Materials may be used.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, DMX shall be entitled to distribute video channels or music services other than the Channels in the Territory, so long as the format of such other music services is not substantially similar to that of the Channels.

  • The phrase “Additional Insured” when used in this Agreement means the Contractor (“the wholly owned subsidiaries of Mood Media Corporation operating in the United States, including, but not limited to, DMX, Inc.
