DMS Software definition
DMS Software means the set of computer programs, and associated documentation and data, described under that heading in DID-ENG-03 and includes all modifications to the current DMS, Mission Preparation and Analysis System (MPAS), Deployable MPAS (DMPAS), Data Warehouse and Mission Simulation System (MSS) software products;
DMS Software means “the software for managing the distribution of the electric energy named DMS software, which encompasses the entire object code, source code, listings, publication rights, patents and other intelectual property rights with respect to DMS software;
DMS Software means the document management system Software more commonly known by the Company and the Subsidiaries as ‘DMS,’ which is used by the Company and the Subsidiaries to run their internal document management systems and which, among other things, interfaces with the Operating System Software.
