  • DMJ shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not DMJ collects such charges from its own Customer.

  • No representation or warranty made by Buyers, DMJ, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements or pursuant hereto or thereto contains any untrue statement of any material fact or omits to state any material fact that is necessary to make the statements made, in the context in which made, not false or misleading.

  • Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by DMJ and a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
