DMD Software definition

DMD Software means software developed by or for DMD that is used to retrieve an image from the system memory that is separate from the Developed Subsystem. DMD Software does not include the test image capture routine.

  • Subject to SUNI's ownership of Intellectual Property Rights as set forth in Section 6.1 above, DMD shall own all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the X-Ray System and DMD Software and shall own all right, title and interest in and to the physical embodiment of the Tooling for the production version of the Developed Subsystem.
