DMC Board definition

DMC Board means the Board of Directors of DMC elected by the City as the sole Voting Member of DMC (as that term is defined in By-Law No.1);

  • The DMC Board shall not make any grants, purchase any goods, expend any funds or enter into any agreement or contract on behalf of DMC which is of a value of $50,000.00 or greater without the prior written approval of the City.
