D&M Contract definition

D&M Contract means any contract which relates to the D&M Business (including Intellectual Property Licences), but excluding the D&M Guarantees, the ERO Guarantees, employment contracts, the lease agreement(s) relating to the DSAG facilities in Singapore and Forest Row, Georgia, USA and agreements relating to D&M Debt;

  • In the event the DM Contract Manufacturer is located in Canada or Mexico, Silgan shall have the right, but not the obligation, to supply Containers to such contract manufacturer; provided that if Silgan desires to supply the Containers to such contract manufacturer, [***]*.
