The Contractor’s responsibility under this Contract will commence from the date of issue of the LOA / DLOA.
The notification of award along with agreement on non judicial stamp paper of appropriate value as per proforma annexed within 10 days from the date of receipt of FOA (Fax of Acceptance) / DLOA (Detailed Letter of Acceptance), the cost of stamp paper is to be borne by Consultant, and its enclosures shall constitute the contract between the parties and supersedes all other prior agreements, arrangements and communications, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
The maximum time period for a WCLOA will be equal to the term of a DLOA which is no more than any twelve (12) calendar months (not required to be consecutive) in any rolling eighteen (18) month period from the onset of the leave, subject to applicable state and federal law.

The Tender Documents, Other Documents exchanged between the Tenderer and RFCL, the Letter of Acceptance, DLOA and Work Order shall constitute the Contract.
