DLIS definition

DLIS means Digital Log Information Standard.
DLIS means the Disbursement-linked Indicators as set forth in Section III.B.2.a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such indicators refer to specific output and outcome indicators measuring improved performance of the Borrower’s Social Assistance System.
