In case of joint venture all parties must have worked and successfully completed at least one project in the field of conducting GIS based property survey. 2. Government-owned enterprises in India may participate as a bidder only if they can establish that they: a) are legally and financially autonomous, b) operate under commercial law, and c) are not dependent agencies of MC S.A.S.Nagar.
