DLAY definition

DLAY means a Card payment option provided to Customers of the Merchant, via API or Point of Sale Integration, which enables DLAY Users to defer a portion of the Purchase Price of Products, and to settle the balance of the Purchase Price in instalments, through the provision of the Services by Ammacom Tech.
