Examples of DL Capital in a sentence

  • This Agreement assumes that the Oaktree Group’s interest in DL Capital is a minority interest.

  • Consultant represents and covenants that: (a) Consultant, including, without limitation, Lucatz and DL Capital, are not US taxpayers; and (b) the Separation Payments will not be received by a US taxpayer.
