The Parties agrees that during and after the Term of this Agreement, the Parties will not use or disclose to any third party any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the originating party, except DJL may disclose Confidential Information to its employees if reasonably necessary to allow DJL to perform under this Agreement and to obtain the benefits thereof.
Neither avVaa nor DJL shall make any express or implied agreements, guarantees or representations, or incur any debt in the name of or on behalf of the other.
