Divyang/Disabled definition

Divyang/Disabled means such domicile of the State who comes under the purview of the Persons with Disabilities (Right of equal opportunity, Protection and Full Participation) Act, 1995 of the Government of India and holds certificate for such purpose, issued by competent authority.
