Divisional definition

Divisional. Means any divisional patent application or continuation-in-part application claiming any of the same priority as a Full Application, Later Application, Granted Patent or Core Patent;
Divisional means, with respect to a Patent, a divisional, continuation, continuation-in-part, reissue, substitution, extension or addition thereof.
Divisional means the business of SOI consisting solely of the services performed and to be performed by the U.S. Business Employees, the employment agreements of such U.S. Business Employees and the costs with respect thereto reflected in the books and records of SOI.
