  • When a Political Sub-Division, School, and/or Not-For-Profit Organization utilizes this contract all references to the “State” are hereby replaced with the Name of the Using Sub- Division, School, or the name of the Not-For-Profit Organization.

  • If a Division, School, Department, or Program provides an asynchronous virtual orientation for bargaining unit employees at the start of their employment, the Union may provide content to be included in the materials provided to bargaining unit employees in connection with such orientation.

  • The materials provided by the Union must be formatted in a manner acceptable to the Division, School, Department, or Program.

  • The Red Deer School Division (School Division) and the Alberta Teachers' Association agree to the addition of the position of Certified Director in the collective agreement.
