The Department of Justice, Criminal Justice Division, shall permit Division employees who are represented by the CIA and their authorized representatives, to use the Division facility for CIA meetings, with adequate advance notice subject to availability and management approval.
Such visit shall be scheduled for an office, classroom or other location within the Division facility, and shall be held during other than the lunch hour.

At least two (2) weeks prior to the termination of this Agreement (or as soon as practicable following an immediate termination of this Agreement), Sensata shall notify EMS in writing of each specific item of tooling or equipment listed on Schedule 1(b) that it intends to physically remove from the ECS Division facility.
The new classification will consist of employees being assigned to perform tasks and duties related to the manufacturing of any and all “new work” brought into the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Canada – ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Division facility.
