Division Chair definition

Division Chair means the Chair or Director of a Division as defined in item 6 above.
Division Chair means the administrator of any Division described in clause 1.06.
Division Chair means the member of Council identified as Chair or Vice Chair of each Division in the Town’s Appointing By-law.

  • Any swimmer qualifying for an A final, scored or not scored, or B scored final race in an individual event who fails to compete in said A or B final race shall be barred from further competition for the remainder of the meet, except as noted in 208.3.4. For events occurring on the last day of a meet, a fine of $100 per missed swim shall also be assessed to the club by the appropriate Division Chair for failure to compete.

Division Chair means the individual who leads a Division within a clinical Department responsible for a specialty or subspecialty recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or the College of Family Physicians of Canada, or to an individual who leads a designated clinical teaching site
