Any swimmer qualifying for an A final, scored or not scored, or B scored final race in an individual event who fails to compete in said A or B final race shall be barred from further competition for the remainder of the meet, except as noted in 208.3.4. For events occurring on the last day of a meet, a fine of $100 per missed swim shall also be assessed to the club by the appropriate Division Chair for failure to compete.
