Examples of Dividend Units in a sentence

  • Any Stock Units resulting from such conversion (the “Dividend Units”) will be considered Stock Units for purposes of this Agreement and will be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth herein that apply to the underlying Stock Units that generated the Dividend Units.

  • As of each date that NCR would otherwise pay the declared dividend on the shares underlying the Stock Units (the “Dividend Payment Date”) in the absence of the reinvestment requirements of this Section, the number of Dividend Units will be determined by dividing the amount of dividends otherwise attributable to the Stock Units but not paid on the Dividend Payment Date by the Fair Market Value of NCR’s Common Stock on the Dividend Payment Date.

  • Associated Dividend Units and other dividends and distributions thereon, shall vest as provided in Section 4(ii).

  • These Dividend Units thereafter (i) will be treated as PSUs for purposes of future dividend accruals pursuant to this Section 4; and (ii) will vest in such amounts (rounded to the nearest whole Dividend Unit) at the same time as the PSUs with respect to which such Dividend Units were received.

  • Once credited to your account, Dividend Units will be considered Units for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • All Dividend Units shall be subject to the same vesting requirements applicable to previously held Restricted Stock Units in respect of which they were credited and shall be payable in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Once credited to the Participant’s account, Dividend Units will be considered Units for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • The number of Dividend Units so credited as of any dividend payment date will be equal to (i) the total cash dividends you would have received on that dividend payment date if your outstanding Units as of the record date for such dividend payment (including any previously credited Dividend Units) had been actual Shares, divided by (ii) the Fair Market Value of a Share on the dividend payment date (with the quotient rounded down to the nearest whole number).

Related to Dividend Units

  • Dividend Parity Stock means any class or series of stock of the Corporation that ranks on a parity with the Series E in the payment of current dividends, including the Series A, the Series B, the Series C and the Series D.

  • Dividend Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable in payment of dividends payable on the Preferred Shares in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designation.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 3.3.

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Dividend Equivalent Unit means the right to receive a payment, in cash or Shares, equal to the cash dividends or other cash distributions paid with respect to a Share.
