Dividend Unit definition

Dividend Unit means the unit of Investment upon which Dividends are declared for each totalisator bet type.
Dividend Unit means a right to receive, in accordance with the provisions of the Plan, a payment equal to the dividends that are paid on a share of Common Stock of the Company for a stated period of time.
Dividend Unit means those units of the Limited Partnership that have an entitlement to receive Distributions of Limited Partnership Profits or Property in accordance with the ratio of such percentage of each Dividend Unit issued to one Partner as the numerator and the aggregate total of all Dividend Units issued to all Partners, but which Dividend Units shall have no voting rights;

Examples of Dividend Unit in a sentence

  • These Dividend Units thereafter (i) will be treated as PSUs for purposes of future dividend accruals pursuant to this Section 4; and (ii) will vest in such amounts (rounded to the nearest whole Dividend Unit) at the same time as the PSUs with respect to which such Dividend Units were received.

  • A grant of Dividend Unit Rights may provide that such Dividend Unit Rights shall be subject to the same vesting and payment provisions as the tandem Award or be subject to such other provisions and restrictions as determined by the Board in its sole discretion.

  • With respect to each RSU and Dividend Unit that vests, the Company shall, within a reasonable time after the vesting, and in no event more than thirty (30) days later, issue one Share to Executive without restrictions except as expressly relate to the Shares under the Plan or this Agreement.


More Definitions of Dividend Unit

Dividend Unit means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan.
